Vanilla paste is an essential ingredient in many desserts, especially baked goods like cakes, cookies, brownies, and cupcakes, as well as custards, ice creams, whipped cream and puddings.
Our vanilla paste is made with a triple strength vanilla extract (making it that much more flavorful) and freshly ground vanilla bean powder. The binder is xanthum gum, a natural product. There is no sugar or corn syrup — just those three ingredients.
Chefs love vanilla paste for creme brulee and other custards because they don’t need to scrape vanilla beans and it has such a rich flavor that it carries well in the dessert.

Today, vanilla is produced in only a few climatically similar regions near the tropics. Our paste comes from Grade A vanilla beans from Indonesia and is manufactured in Australia. You can see by the photos, that it is full of vanilla beans (the small black flecks) which is the most flavorful part of the vanilla pod.
